Chief Executive Officer
Gene Trousil was instrumental in launching Vitalliance in 2018. Gene brings over 30 years of experience in technology and supply chain to Vitalliance Corp. Gene has successfully deployed and managed large scale enterprise-class systems and networks around the world. He also has deep experience in mobile computing applications. Gene is also the Chief Deployment Officer with One Network. Prior to Vitalliance he held senior positions with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC), CSX, USDATA and ViryaNet. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Sullivan has responsibility for Operations, Human Resources and all Financial areas. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the accounting area. Previously he worked for One Network, USDATA Corporation, ErgoBilt, Wyly Corporation and General Electric. Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
David is a professional Industrial Engineer and has gained extensive experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Supply Chain Management and Planning in South Africa, Lesotho, eSwatini, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique. More recently, David has gained experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chains through his consultancy work at Guidehouse, on the USAID funded project, ‘Supply Chain Redesign for the South African National Department of Health (NDoH)’. David held various senior supply chain roles during his twenty-year tenure at SABMiller prior to joining Guidehouse.
Health Transformation Specialist
Diane has over 18 years of public health experience, leading programs that have achieved substantial health transformative outcomes. She has led the strategic and system design of innovative health solutions in numerous countries and functions equally well at the lowest level of detail to drive operational excellence. Prior to Vitalliance, Diane was General Manager at Imperial Logistics taking on multiple roles with clients over a period of 10 years, from Head of Consulting, Country Director South Africa, and Technical Director in Washington DC responsible for 22 countries. Prior to that, Diane spent 12 years at IBM South Africa leading the healthcare sector, and at UCS Software establishing the governance operation in South Africa.
Product Marketing OpenLMIS
Wesley joins Vitalliance as Product Manager responsible for the continued advancement of the OpenLMIS project, including the coordination of the various partner organizations, the broader OpenLMIS community, and the technical teams responsible for building and maintaining the software platform. Wesley has a strong background in designing and building software solutions and managing software development teams. Most recently, Wesley has worked in the healthcare IT space for health systems and institutions in low-resource settings, as Senior Technical Manager for VillageReach, the former steward of OpenLMIS. Prior to this, Wesley held CTO, senior software architect and senior developer roles at Banda Health, CMA Consulting and Orderpad Software, respectively.
